Hell Cats

Well in about and hour I will leave to meet the girls of Grease for some female bonding at the oyster bar. It should be fun, and tasty too! I love oysters, and the girls are proving to be a blast, aside from the fact that they're all amazing. There is so much talent in this show, it's an honor to be a part of it!

Update on the doctor situation: I went and they put me on a ton of antibiotics and sinus medications. They didn't say stop rehearsing, singing or even rest. Just drink water so I guess I'll go on about my business and hope the voice doctor knows best!

I plan on being off book for Act II by the time we start running it. I'm already off book for ACT I, but there are always those little words that you miss and replace with something similar. I hate that! But regardless, we as actors are taught to dig ourselfs out of a hole if we fall in one, and if you don't remember your line at rehearsal it's instinct to work around it. Unfortunately it becomes a horrid habit and then you start paraphrasing the entire show. No no, bad Erin. Don't do that. I think I know my parts in everything except for 'High School Hop' which some genius left off the OBC recording. but I have it now thanks to Scott so I should have those words down in no time.

I've been watching movies and researching every second that I'm not doing homework.

So far I've watched:
High School Hell Cats
Gidget
Vertigo
I Was a Teenage Warewolf
History of Rock and Roll

Like I said, when I'm not doing school work.

All I can say at this point is: thank god Patty grew some balls. She was starting to get on my nerves!
