#4-8 More Stuff

Humor:
Patty is humorous in that she doesn’t understand how much everyone dislikes her. She is the kind of girl who gets made fun of every day, and then comes back the next day as if you’re her best friend. there is also humor in her sex appeal. She tries to pull in Danny by being like Rizzo because she has street smarts that Sandy is still developing (but does not entirely lack). When she sudden;y shows her sexy, street smart personality it is humorous on it’s own. (like in the cheering scene with Sandy and Danny)

Opposites:
Patty rejects the world the Greasers live in, but Patty wants to be accepted by the Greasers.
Patty wants to be friends with Sandy, but Patty wants to out do Sandy.
Patty lusts after Danny Zuko, but Patty hates his lifestyle.
Patty looks up to Frenchy, but Patty hates how Frenchy treats her.
Patty knows Danny wants a girl like Rizzo, but Patty knows he would like her if he gave her a chance.
Patty likes Eugene, but thinks Eugene is below her.

Discoveries:
Patty discovers Sandy met the perfect guy,
Patty discovers Danny had tricked Sandy,
